Somatic Immersion Journey – A dedicated space for women

Reconnect. Awaken. Anchor. A deeply immersive, 3-hour somatic experience designed to bring you fully into presence with your body.

Important Update

We have now exceeded capacity at the original venue. Due to strong demand, this immersion will now take place at The Skipton Hotel (previously the Rendezous), in an events space accessible via the Rise Fitness Centre.

A small number of places remain at the Early Alignment Rate of £45 before the investment increases to £55.
