Wes’s Throwback Hour is playing music from the 80’s &  90’s. Putting a voice out there for the disabled people. Demonstrating that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. With having Cerebral Palsy, Wes would like to communicate with others like himself and guide them into achieving something they would like to do.
